Well, according to the devs you can keep the Ethereal transmogs forever (beyond the end of Season 24) if you find ALL 21 Ethereals available in Season 24 before the season comes to a close. I found about 8 Rainbow goblins during the runs as well, but unfortunately no cosmic wings. Run those then reset, seems to be best way of getting what you want. Royal crypts (I found most of my menagerist goblins in here FYI) Southern highlands / Cave of the moon clan lvl 1+2 Weeping Hollow around the spawning point.
